How To Make Charoset For Pesach

Charoset is one of the traditional dishes served at the Passover seder.

 

Whats needed:

⅔ cup golden or dark shade-dried raisins¾ cup nuts

3/8 cup almonds

2-3 persimmons

1 apple

7/8 cup dry wine

Instructions:

- Sort raisins, discard stems, and wash thoroughly.

- In a meat grinder, process raisins, nuts, almonds, apple, and persimmons.

- Stir in wine.
