On March 21st, the 12th grade of YTT embarked on a trip that will be remembered for a lifetime! Baruch Hashem, the yeshivah was able to resume their annual senior trip to Eretz Yisrael where the graduating class embarked on a spiritually charged and action packed 10-day trip to Israel. The students visited gedolim, yeshivot, holy sites, and toured the magnificent country. The ruchniyut was incredible as were the activities that included climbing Masada, camelback riding, ATV adventures in the North, extreme tornado speed boating, cruising on the Kinneret, and much more! The bochurim visited Maran HaRav Yitzchak Yosef shlit”a and the famed Roshei Yeshiva of Ponovezh and Slabodka, Rav Gershon Edelstein shlit”a, Rav Moshe Hillel Hirsch shlit”a, Rav Berel Povarsky shlit”a, amongst other Torah sages.
The boys visited holy sites in Bnei Brak, Yerushalyim, Tzfat, Teveria, and made other noteworthy stops along the way. The bochurim were joined by the menahel, Rabbi Moshe Aharonov and their rebbe, Rabbi Binyamin Privalsky. The YTT alumni learning in Eretz Yisrael joined the group on some trips and participated in a very special Shabbat together! What a beautiful gathering of YTT bochurim from various graduating classes all bonding and keeping the connection amongst each other - one of YTT›s main goals to keep the achdut as the boys grow together! The group expressed their gratitude to Hashem for making this dream a reality and look forward to continuing in Bet Midrash next year both here in America and in Eretz Yisrael. A special thank you is extended to the parents for investing in their children›s future and affording them opportunities that they never had.
