Pre-1A students at The Cheder Moshe Raya Me’hemna, Queens Cheder, enjoyed a week filled with Torah learning and simcha. In Parashat Terumah, the boys learned about the Mishkan and the many nissim, including how the Lechem HaPanim remained warm and fresh all week.
With the arrival of Chodesh Adar, the class focused on the middah of simcha and serving Hashem with joy. The boys have begun preparing for Purim by reading portions of Megillat Esther and creating festive projects.
Academically, it was “R Week,” as students explored words beginning with R and strengthened their addition skills through engaging activities. The week concluded with a lively Rosh Chodesh celebration featuring music and bouncy houses.
