As reported in the previous edition of the BJL, Chief Bukharian Rabbi Yitzchak Yisraeli held an important Rabbinic conference with community Rabbis that was initiated by EMET outreach to help raise awareness of their important work in the Bukharian community. He stressed that while CHAZAQ is known for their life changing work with Jewish public school students of all ages, EMET is doing life changing work with college students. The Chief Rabbi urged the two organizations to continue working together and urged all the community Rabbanim to send college students to EMET's programs.

Less than two weeks after the meeting, EMET ran a successful Charidy campaign raising over a million dollars in 36 hours. Rabbi Yisraeli expressed great joy upon hearing of their successful campaign as now they will have more resources to attract and inspire more students. “With unity great things can be accomplished” said the Chief Rabbi. “The community must not only appreciate their great work but must also support it”.
