Beth Gavriel and Chazaq proudly hosted a delightful ladies' sushi night in honor of Rosh Chodesh menachem Av for the Forest Hills community last Monday evening. The event, designed to foster community spirit and provide a unique educational experience, was a tremendous success in a welcoming vibrant atmosphere.
Attendees were treated to a hands-on sushi-making workshop led by a skilled Japanese culinary chef. The interactive session allowed the women to learn the art of sushi preparation from start to finish, including selecting ingredients, rolling techniques, and presentation. The engaging class provided a fun and educational experience, leaving participants with newfound culinary skills and a greater appreciation for sushi.
