Purim was very inspiring and exciting at YTT. On Tuesday, the yeshivah celebrated their annual Purim mesibah with spirited dancing, Purim plays, entertaining grammen (humorous and rhyming songs), raffles and a full lavish seudah. Rabbi Yisrael Kaikov and his 8th grade class from Yeshiva Sha’arei Zion once again joined the festivities and added much ruach to the affair. Every bochur also received mishloach manot from the yeshivah.

Then on Purim day, the YTT bochurim gathered at yeshivah where a bus awaited to bring them to Brooklyn for a special Purim seudah and mesibah at the Toras Emes Hall. The bochurim were the life of the gathering and made a kiddush Hashem with their spirited dancing and overall demeanor. A few tables of YTT Alumni participated (some even with their wives!) It was beautiful to see yeshivah graduates interact with the current students. Before returning to Queens, the boys visited Yeshiva Chaim Berlin for a special Purim experience of divrei Torah and of course more dancing.
