The 5th Grade at Yeshiva Sha'arei Zion concluded their unit on Challah in Hilchot Kavod V'Oneg Shabbat by experiencing the mitzvah of Challah first hand. The girls learned the deeper meaning of each of the ingredients of challah, the reason for the Mitzvah and the Halachot of how to take Challah. It was so special to have the opportunity to put what they learned into practice!
