This past Sunday, June 20, the renown Chazaq Organization debuted their new single, entitled Stronger Future, at the start of their successful Jewish Family Cultural Chazaq Event. Sung and written by Avi Beer, the track telling the story of courage and triumph. “Whoever you are, wherever you may be, we’ll always be here for you, come and join us and you will see,” begins the new release. “No matter what it takes to bring the light upon on your face, we are one community, and together we’ll strengthen our unity,” continues the song.

Beer, an aspiring CPA at Landers College for Men, has been on the music scene for the past number of years sharing the light of Torah in his tunes. His passion for Jewish song has been an ever-present force in his life since youth having been a member of the Yeshiva Boys Choir. Beer’s greatest interest rest in the production and output of his own music. Beer has gone on to produce other previous singles, Barchi Nafshi about appreciating the wonders of Hashem, Vihasieinu, Yigdal, and Mi Bon Siach.

The journey to Stronger Future, Beer’s sixth single, began during an encounter with Rabbi Yaakov Blustein of West Hempstead. Blustein took time to detail the mission of Chazaq and their miraculous effort to transfer over 1000 children from public school into the yeshivah system. Blustein also spoke of his dear friend Robbie Aboff who works as the organization’s events coordinator.

“The mission of Chazaq really resonated,” said Beer to the Queens Jewish Link. “Chazaq not only works with putting public school children onto a derech of Torah, but also works with a regular baal habos, a frum Jewish or a man in kollel who needs some more inspiration in their life.” Beer explained that the motto of Chazaq, “Building a stronger future,” ultimately lives up to the work of the organization that remains as a force in the lives of Jews of all ages from youth through seniors always spreading the spark of Torah to all. “The purpose of this song is to inspire as many people as possible,” said Beer. “Even if just to inspire one person it is all worth it.” Beer also related how his music has been a source of courage to hospital-bound patients and that inspiring those in their time of need is what makes these singles all worthwhile. The tune observes Chazaq’s feats, “Chazaq does everything from A-Z, spreading love of Torah in its entirety, we are one community, and together we’ll unite in harmony.”

Beer reached out to Aboff and Chazaq CEO, Rabbi Yaniv Meirov, and together the team worked to create the Chazaq Song that brings to light the everyday accomplishments of Chazaq. “The feedback has been great, and this really is an unbelievable single,” noted Beer. Jason Goldglancz of Gold Records LLC in the Five Towns is credited with producing the single. His tireless efforts truly shine throughout the melody.

Beer’s more recent musical expedition took flight during his first year studying in Eretz Yisrael when he learned of Ezra Schwartz, a”h, an 18-year-old Massachusetts yeshivah student being killed in a terrorist attack. This episode was the catalyst for Beer’s initial single, Barchi Nafshi. Beer hopes this latest song will be a means to inspire the families and friends of Chazaq as the organization builds stronger lives for all of klal Yisrael. “Chazaq is really there for all of us,” concluded Beer as he signed off with words from the song, “Chazak, chazak v’nischazek, chazak v’ametz libecha, building a stronger future for all.”

Stronger Future is available to listen to on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, the ‘Chazaq Organization’ YouTube channel, and other major distribution outlets.
