Rabbi Yitzchok Kolodensky, a son in law of the generations leading Torah sage, Rav Chaim Kanievsky, spent several days in Queens and inspired many members of the community. During his stay he made a special visit to the Beth Gavriel community Center where he gave a Shiur by the Rabbinical Kollel of Chief Bukharian Rabbi, Rav Yitzchak Yisraeli, which is in the second floor of the Synagogue. He then stopped by and delivered words of inspiration to yeshiva students in Yeshiva Tiferet Tzion, which is housed in the third floor of the Beth Gavriel Center.
