On Sunday, January 13th, the Fitness Fun Athletics (FFA) hoops academy wrapped up its inaugural season for the intermediate division. With trophies and awards ceremonies, every participant was acknowledged. The boys have made great gains in their structured drills and skills training while enjoying competitive games in a tournament style. Boys are already inquiring when the next season is starting. There are plans to have team sponsors from local vendors. A Special thanks to coach Shalom Babayev for running the program and his assistant Ari Khiayev for making the program run smoothly. Congratulations to Nathan Khaimov (5th grade) on winning the MVP award for all around effort, skill, and sportsmanship!
