ND: I would like to start off by stating that our moto is – quality is our priority. Everyone that works for Lux Dry Cleaning understands that customer service is very important. A customer’s trust is something that we work hard to gain and keep with every shirt we dry clean, slacks we alter, or dress we wash. Lux Dry Cleaning provides many services, these services include, dry cleaning, expert alterations and wash and fold laundry.
IM: As you have mentioned, customer service is your highest priority. Can you elaborate on how you achieve such a high standard of customer service?
ND: At Lux Dry Cleaning we understand that most people nowadays are constantly on-the-go. They have busy schedules and sometimes don’t have time to make it to our store. This being the case, we offer free pick-up and drop-off delivery. This allows our customers the convenience of not having to carry a heavy load of laundry to our shop and frees up time for them to take care of other matters. Aside from providing, affordable and reasonable prices, we frequently run promotions for our customers. For instance, one promotion that we are running now is $20 off for new customers. Furthermore, I am proud to say that Lux Dry Cleaning services some of our community’s religious leaders such as Rabbi Yigal Haimoff, Rabbi Imanuel Shimonov, Rabbi Israel Itzhakov, Rabbi Ilan Mierov, Rabbi Avraham Babachanov, Rabbi Mordechai Rachminov, Rabbi Daniel Cohen, Rabbi Baruch Babayev, and Rabbi Nachum Kaziev, to name a few. Since many of our customers are religious Jews, Lux Dry Cleaning is pleased to announce our most recent promotion, one free weekly tzitzit katan wash with every drop-off or delivery. Again, this is just another example of how Lux Dry Cleaning tries to improve its customer service.
