On Monday afternoon, August 16, family and friends of Refael Mulokandov Cohen, Margarita Mulokandov, and Yosef Mulokandov danced and celebrated in a festive parade along Vleigh Place from 138th Street and 77th Avenue in Kew Gardens Hills. The musical procession included community members and those affiliated with Congregation Od Yosef Chai. The merriment continued outside of Simcha Palace on Main Street and followed by a festive meal. Much thanks and appreciation are due to Queens Borough Safety Patrol – Shmira and Community Affairs Police Officer Peter A. Capozzi who facilitated a safe march.
