On Thursday, June 25, 2020, the Alliance of Bukharian Americans' Health Committee made breakfast and lunch deliveries to North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset of 40 meals each in collaboration with the hospital's Chaplaincy Director Rabbi Dr. Hillel Fox. This is yet another delivery in their Food For Our Heroes initiative. The local restaurants involved in supplying the meals were Bagel Boss of Queens in Flushing, NY and Laffa Bar and Grill in Hewlett, NY. They are set for a second delivery on Thursday, July 2, 2020.
