On Thursday May 30th, the Beth Gavriel Bukharian Community Center welcomed the latest addition to its impressive collection of essential Jewish community resources. Rabbi Trigor and Rabbi Rosenberger of Mikvah USA made a familiar trip to the Center to join Rabbi Immanuel Shimonov and Rabbi Israel Iskhakov as they oversaw the cement pouring for the new Gerov Family Dish Mikvah. The cement hardens and creates a deep basin in anticipation of the rain water which will eventually collect into a pool.
Once complete, the Dish Mikvah will be located within the main entrance of the Beth Gavriel Center, accommodating the large community with ample room for the great mitzvah of purifying dishes and silverware. A special thank you goes to Mikvah USA for their expertise and guidance throughout the ongoing process and installation period. The Beth Gavriel Community also thanks the Gerov Family for their contribution towards this wonderful project, and looks forward to its completion in good time and with Hashem’s Help.
